“Advanced A/V exceeded all my expectations during set up and installation of a system in my new condo in the 360 building. This project involved cutting holes in my brand new walls and running wires from a back closet to the living room. “These guys are GREAT. They are based in austin, so they are local, but they have a worldly knowledge of electronics and theater design. Whether you need a new theater system or just a buld to replace the one that burned out, these guys know where to find it at the best price. They also do a lot more than TVs and stereos. System Automation, Closed Circuit TV, Sercurity…I wouldn’t do them justice trying to list all of their areas of knowledgebility. Peter is the main guy, he is friendly and always willing to talk shop. He even knows some great ways to keep positive PR and visibility online to reach the greatest number of potential viewers and information seekers. “I did my AV shopping, called several companies I found online through google and citysearch and had them come out for estimates. I was impressed by how fast these guys came out versus some of the other companies having to wait as many as 5 days to see someone. So I made an appointment and had there consultant out the very next day! I was also impressed by how fast I got my estimate, which I was told would take 24-48 hours. I got it back that same night. Now, I didnt have very much I needed. (Just a theater room with all the fixings!) but I was able to compare everything very easily. They gave me options, told me the difference between those options and when I had a question about a projector, they sent me photos and information on the product! Everyone else just sent me a piece of paper! I appreciated that they went the extra mile for me. I had a couple of estimates that were a lot cheaper, but when I read that fine print and realized there was no way it could be done in the time those other companies bid me for, I realized when you added the difference up I would probably end up being extremely upset when I got my bill for the same or more. I liked that they were honest and up front with all costs. The man who came out knew what he was talking about, and has had extensive training with audio and design, making me feel a lot more comfortable with my decision. They came out the beginning of the following week and by Saturday my 120″ screen was up, the projector we chose was amazing, and the sound was movie theater quality! I am so happy I did my research and I believe I found the right company! I just want to thank the boys who came out and made this all possible! You guys worked hard, and made the impossible possible!”

Advanced A/V Solutions has done a fantastic job with our new home theater! The whole library changes into a home theater in moments with the click of one button. The sound system is great, the picture stunning... All wireless, all in sync, awe-inspiring. I hope very much that I will have something else for Peter Sandford and his team to come give me a solution for. Two thumbs up!

Smarter Homes of Austin set up our entire entertainment system at the Rocky Creek amenity center. Their team was extremely knowledgable and efficient. They educated us on the system and even donated amazing door prizes and great gift bags for our residents at the pool opening. The service and attention to detail was impeccable. We would definitely recommend Smarter Homes of Austin to anyone. They were extremely helpful, professional, and all around great to work with.

I have relied on Pete and Advanced AV to install three different stereo systems in three homes over the past several years and would not use anyone else. They do what they say they will, when they say they will and at an agreed price. I do not hesitate to refer them whenever I can

Smarter home worked on my house during the summer, and their work is phenomenal! Jeff was the technician here and I can pretty much say that he is part of the family, because he has such a great interpersonal skills. Also, let's not forget Pete, because he is the mastermind in ensuring his customer is happy. "I cannot sleep at night unless everybody loves me", was something Pete told me. Surely enough, that is how I felt about his team, company, and their craftsmanship.

Advanced AV Solutions provided me with a flawless experience. Peter and his team installed a custom TV and sound system in my new condo in the 360 building. The entire team was customer focused, and the communication at every step was great. Peter made himself available by phone, and the reception team at the office was super friendly and willing to hear me out on every little detail. The installation team encountered some challenges with electrical wiring in my unit, but they were able to work around it and customize a solution for what I needed. The attention to detail was first class, they even wore surgical booties on my hard wood floors! The craftsmanship is unmatched ? you would never know that they had to drill and cut several large holes in my finished walls, and all the wiring and component hook-ups were left in a very professional and clean arrangement. The follow-up customer service has been equally exceptional. I?ve had a couple of small follow-up issues (unrelated to the original work performed), and at each step, Peter and his team were professional, courteous, and kept me informed on everything they were doing. No detail was overlooked. Peter has a passion for electronics and he and his team treated my home as if it were their own. I appreciate that, and in today’s highly competitive market place they stand out as an example of great customer service and superior product knowledge. I can’t thank them enough.
